Donor-facing frontend, built so people can finish giving.
Sumbangan.com is a Malaysian crowdfunding and donation site. Donors in Malaysia and Southeast Asia use it for emergency relief, everyday charity campaigns, and zakat.
In 2017, I built the full frontend. The work covered everything a donor touches: campaign pages, the giving flow, account dashboards, and the bits in between that most people don't notice until they break.
The interface sat between someone wanting to help and sending the money. A confusing form, a slow page, or a checkout that drops people halfway costs donations.
Donors showed up on mixed devices and mixed connection speeds, and not everyone was used to paying online. The frontend had to work for them without asking too much.
